350z Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 350z services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated below.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 350z platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
To use 350z services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Is at least 18 years of age or has reached the age of majority recognised under applicable Malaysian law.
- Is a person legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- Is not accessing the platform from a region or country where participation in online betting activities is prohibited.
- Is not currently on any self-exclusion list enforced by any relevant statutory body.
350z reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts during the verification process.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 350z as the platform operator. Save or print this document for your reference.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 350z. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. The use of false information, another person's identity or misleading data may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed without a refund of any remaining balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 350z support immediately.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under Malaysian law.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform is prohibited.
- Any action that compromises the security, integrity or operation of the 350z platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 350z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly through the standard user interface.
Deposit
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.
- All deposits must be made using recognized payment methods such as TNG eWallet or FPX.
- 350z is not liable for any delays in payment processing caused by third parties.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user.
Withdrawal
- The first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be checked on the FAQ.
- Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered under the user’s name — transfers to third parties are not allowed.
- 350z reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review purposes if necessary.
Any activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or promotion abuse may result in funds being held and the account suspended pending investigation. 350z cooperates with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Account Suspension, Closure and Limitation of Liability

350z reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or transactions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, bot usage or system manipulation.
- Instructions from a relevant authority or court order.

Platform Liability Limits
350z is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access. 350z’s total liability in any case is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 350z platform — including brand names, logos, interface, graphics, text, software and layout — is the exclusive property of 350z or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, redistributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without written consent from 350z.
Users are not granted any rights over 350z’s intellectual property through use of this platform.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 350z platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors or technology providers. 350z is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
350z reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
